Is the free tier really free?+
Yes — 5 standard-quality removals per day. Limits are enforced server-side (account or IP/browser signature), not with cookies.
What is HD?+
HD uses our highest-detail cutout model for finer edges (hair, fur, products). It costs 1 credit per image and requires sign-in. If another HD job is running, yours waits in a short queue instead of failing.
Do you store my images?+
Signed-in jobs can be stored so you can re-download from the dashboard. Guests get an immediate download without a permanent gallery.
How do payments work?+
Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through Polar.sh. Credits appear after webhook confirmation. We never store your card details.
What file types can I upload?+
PNG, JPG, WEBP, and BMP up to 12 MB. Output is always a transparent PNG (optional white-background export).
Is this good for ecommerce product photos?+
